As of June 30, 2010, the Company’s issued securities were as follows:

  • 471.3 million ordinary shares
  • 9.8 million unlisted options (at various strike prices between A$0.30 and A$1.60)

Andean has a strong mix of institutional and retail investors. As at June 30, 2010, the Company had approximately 1500 shareholders of which the following groups, as notified to the Company, were classified as Substantial Shareholders under the Australian Corporations Law (shareholders holding >5% of the issued capital) :-

  • The Sentient Group – 21%
  • Goodman & Co. - 11%
